Return Guidelines:

  1. Check return conditions: (1) clearance items cannot be returned, (2) the returned items must be unwashed and unworn with all tags attached, and (3) Products must be returned within 7  days of the delivery date (excluding holidays).
  2.  Note that if customers use free shipping when placing an order and this order, after excluding returned products, is not eligible for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping fee before refunding.
  3. We may charge an additional fee if the returned product is not in good condition.
  4. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund will be processed.
  5. After you ship the returned items, please help to submit your return package tracking number at the tracking number submit form. This will help us to track your return and do the refund process.
  6. In case of a return due to a defective/damaged product, you need to provide a picture of the defective/damaged product you received, and please wait for a response from us.
  7. Please contact Smocked Bebe before shipping the returned items to us for other cases.

If the order has been shipped or delivered, please place a new order to secure the item(s) you want, and return your unwanted item(s). We will refund you when receiving returned items.
