Shipping - Return/Exchange - Cancellation
Shipping Policy
If the shipping address is in the United States, Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS priority mail. Customers should expect delivery of their orders within 4-7 business days from the purchase date. Orders placed during peak holiday seasons, and on special orders may take longer.
For international orders, the shipping charge depends on the weight of your order. The shipping charge shown on the website is an estimate only. In case of an adjustment of shipping charges, we will contact you by email.
Return/Exchange Policy
Return — If you are unsatisfied with any full-priced or sale items (excluding clearance), you must fill out the Return Request form and follow the instructions to return the items.
You will have 3 options to choose from:
(1) Receive store credit for the amount of items ordered.
(2) Exchange returned items for new items.
(3) Return for a refund, minus shipping cost and restocking fee of $2.95 per item.
Please also follow the instructions below:
(1) The returned items must be postmarked within 7 days (excluding holidays) of the delivery date. (2) Original shipping charges will not be refunded. (3) Returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with all tags attached. (4) CLEARANCE items CAN NOT be returned, as all sales are final. We may charge an additional fee if the returned product is not in good condition. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Please include your packing list and necessary information regarding your return/exchange request.
(*) If customers use free shipping when placing an order and this order, after excluding returned products, is not eligible for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping fee before refunding.
Exchanges –– If the order has been shipped or delivered, please place a new order to secure the item(s) you want and fill out the Return Request form to return your unwanted item(s). We will refund you when receiving returned items.
Items must be neatly/properly folded (same look and condition as received), and returned in original or new clear poly bag. Please do not roll up garments and jam them or over fold the outer packaging. The way you received your garment(s) is how you should return them.
If items are returned wrinkled or mishandled, we will not offer a refund and will only issue store credit.
If items have new tears or stains, we will offer a partial refund (cost of item(s) minus cost of the damage).
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund for the order (excluding payment fees if any). If you cancel your order after 24 hours, you may be charged an additional fee of $1.99 for the processing cost. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. Please allow 1-2 weeks for credits to be processed.

Standard Delivery*
- The package is expected to deliver within 4-7 business days.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
2nd Business Day Delivery*
- Packages arrive on the 2nd business day, provided the order is placed before 11 am (ET).
- Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
- We only guarantee delivery on the 2nd day if the delivery address is in the city. If the delivery address is in a remote area, the delivery time may take up to 3rd business days.
International orders: 1-3 weeks for delivery
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive. We only ship to the verified credit card billing address. The shipping charge varies depending on the country and package weight.
